The Library reserves the right to make changes at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, pandemic-related issues. November 1, 2021: The Meeting Room has been re-opened for small group use, limited to twenty (20) people or less. The Room is available:
Monday: 10 am to 7:45 pm
Tuesday: 10 am to 7:45 pm
Wednesday: 10 am to 7:45 pm
Thursday: 10 am to 7:45 pm
Friday: 10 am to 4:45 pm
Saturday: 10 am to 4:45 pm
The Meeting Room is not available when the library is closed, including Saturdays from July – Labor Day, Sundays, or town-observed holidays.
Availability of the Meeting Room will be on a first-come basis. The following priorities will apply in case of a conflict prior to a confirmed booking:
- Woodbridge Town Library events (adult, teen, or children’s)
- Town of Woodbridge department events
- Other town-sponsored or town ad hoc committee groups
- Woodbridge residents/businesses
- Residents/groups/businesses from other towns
Masks are highly recommended when using the meeting room, but not required.
To use the Meeting Room, please read and fill out the Application for Use of Meeting Room Form, and return to Kira Edic, Adult Services Librarian. Email is preferred; mailing address and fax number are listed on the form.
